Cleaning Business University Review

Mr Hartzog Hustle

Anthony and Jhanilka Hartzog out here dripping opulence like a broken faucet. They built a million dollar cleaning business and now they wanna show you how to do the same.

Don’t worry, you won’t be scrubbing any toilets or dusting any knickknacks or vacuuming any carpets yourself. You’ll hire other people to do the (literal) dirty work.

Alright? So don’t click that back button just yet.

Here’s what you need to know.

Inside Cleaning Business University, the Hartzogs will help you build a remote cleaning business to $10k per month.

You’ll achieve this in 90 days or less.

And again, without cleaning a single home.

“Guaranteed,” says Anthony. “Or we will work with you until you do?”

Oh my God.

Why’s every “coach” waving around this guarantee like it’s some golden ticket? It’s worthless. Like, if there’s no jackpot after 90 days, why keep pulling the lever? How about just handing me back my chips?

Jhanilka chimes in. Cleaning Business University will provide you with four key results, she says.

First, they’ll help you lay the foundation for your remote cleaning operation.

With 2,000+ students who’ve already gone through this process, they know exactly what structure is needed to build this thing – the right way – starting from scratch.

So things like setting up your services, coming up with pricing, competitor research, and so on. Everything you need to launch correctly.

Second, they’ll help you hire the right people for the job.

On average, Anthony and Jhanilka interview about 100 people a month to work in their own cleaning business. They know where to look for candidates, what to ask, how to sort and sift and make the right hires.

They’ll hand you their contracts, scripts and interview process, and help you troubleshoot if anything goes wrong. It probably will because people are trash cans.

Third, the Hartzogs will hook you up with their proven lead generation system. No guesswork. You’ll get all the marketing materials, sales scripts, ads, as well as a blueprint for optimizing your website. Theirs gets 20,000 visits a month, by the way.

Fourth and final, Cleaning Business University will provide you with systems so everything runs smooth and you’re not stressed as you grow.

Jhanilka and Anthony wanna take as much off your plate as possible. You should be able to oversee operations using only your phone and laptop, from anywhere in the world.

“By the end of this process, you will have a $10k per month remote cleaning business,” Anthony says, doubling down on the quasi-guarantee. “And if you don’t, we will work with you until you do.”

What makes ’em so confident? It’s not like they know you.

It’s because their students have collectively done over $8 million in home cleaning services in the last three years.

Worried it won’t work where you live? Well, it’s worked just fine for CBU members in 35 different states so far. Look around. Are there homes? Perfect. It should work then.

No skills or prior experience needed.

Come in, be coachable, learn, execute, and you will get results.

The cost for this program was listed at $1,497 on an old landing page I found. But now they’re pushing you to a sales call, so I’m guessing it’s gone up.

That’s all fine. And I honestly really like Anthony and Jhanilka. I think they’d make great mentors.

But here’s my concern.

This is like the 372nd “start a remote cleaning business” course I’ve reviewed in the last month. With thousands of students in each program, won’t you end up fighting over the leftovers?

And why bother with a clunky offline business, dealing with employees and low profit margins, when you can make the same or more online, all by yourself, for like the cost of a domain name?

Katie Smith: Slip into your give-up pants, crack open a White Claw, and plop yourself down on the couch. We need to talk about the absolute dumpster fire that is the online course and coaching industry.
