Kingdom 320 Business Review (Jeff Rutkowski)

One of the first students Jeff Rutkowski ever coached was a guy by the name of Bill Hook. Bill was an IT director, and he had had some health problems—coupla heart attacks and a double bypass. He was really struggling. Living paycheck to paycheck. In his 50s, on the verge of losing his job, worried sick he wouldn’t be able to find a new job, right? So he decides it’s time to look for something else. Eventually, he comes across Jeff’s Kingdom 320 Business.

And he goes, Ya know, I think I could do that. But he also knew he couldn’t just wing it; he needed a coach. “And so, long story short,” Bill says, “I ended up getting into real estate investing about 10 years ago. Ran into Jeff, and Jeff became my first coach. So we’re doing buy and holds, we’re doing fix and flips, we’re doing all kinds of passive stuff, private money lending, doing coaching and helping other people. But the most amazing part is just being able to give back, helping others have the same blessings I’ve had.”

The stage is now set for Jeff’s pitch. Have you ever fancied a life where you can flip open your laptop, put in a solid hour or two of work, and then dedicate the rest of your day to exploring the world, lending a hand to others who maybe aren’t as fortunate, and pursuing your passions? Would that not heat up your soul till it sizzles like a steak on the grill? What if you had a simple, rock-solid, Christ-centered business, requiring a mere 10-15 hours of your weekly attention? Does that set your neurons aflutter with excitement?

Because that’s the pot of gold at the end of Jeff’s rainbow. He created Kingdom 320 for those who have the entrepreneurial itch but haven’t found the right vehicle to scratch it yet. Real estate investing is that vehicle and Jeff believes he’s your mentor. He’s ready to take you by the hand, train you, answer your questions, hold you accountable, disciple you, provide you with the community you need to breathe life into your dreams. Are you ready to go all out, leave it all on the field, and win as a team, as a church of champions?

320 Lifestyle

Jeff claims he’s made millions operating this business himself over the past 15 years, and he’s already helped thousands of others do exactly the same. Now it’s your turn to take life by the horns and ride it like a bull. Kingdom 320 will provide you with a Battle Plan to build simple, virtual, automated income streams that earn you $20k+ per month; an Army of thriving, wealthy, Christian entrepreneurs who fully embrace the 320 lifestyle; and a General—the legend himself, Jeff Rutkowski, in the flesh.

The training is designed to help you find your first deal (which should be worth $10- to $35,000 in revenue) in 90 days or less. It’s a trifecta: you’re working less, getting paid more, and impacting others in the process. Warning: if you’re lazy, if you make excuses, if you’re a know-it-all, if you want something for nothing, or if you’re broke, cynical or indecisive? The door’s over there. Sorry, Jeff’s got no time for that noise. He’s got places to be and people to see. Understood, Jeff, but how ’bout an idea of cost?

Nope, no such luck. Jeff doesn’t want his time wasted, but he’s okay wasting yours. Do these gurus think we have nothing better to do than read a dissertation, sacrifice a goat, and solve a Rubik’s Cube just to find out the price? Give me a break. And don’t even get me started on the whole “God wants you to be rich, so open your wallet wide and I’ll show you how” angle. It’s enough to make me want to kick something. So yeah, it’s a big fat no from me, dawg. But let me know if you ever sell anything 420-related.
