@rasmusmikkelsen1

Rasmus Mikkelsen usually leaves the YouTube ads to his twin, Christian. But not today. He stepped up and cut his own promo for their Audiobook Income Academy course. So who’s the better pitchman: him or Christian? Are there any inconsistencies between their ads? What do I think about their business model and how they market it? Why do some people call them scam artists? I’ll answer all that and more below. Scroll down for my Publishing Life review.

Puerto Rico Real Estate

Tai Lopez welcomes you to Puerto Rico in his latest YouTube ad. The Island of Enchantment. He shows off the view from his back patio. He’s got a treadmill desk that looks out over a small pool, followed by a patch of grass, and then, literally, the beach. A heavy bag hangs on the other side of the patio pavers. Tai points to the blue-green water and says you could go surfing right out there. “Pretty nice,” he narrates, then gets down to business. “Let’s talk about real estate deals.”

Tom Wang Burrito Blanket Ad

Tom Wang, in his latest YouTube ad, tells his camera guy, Jordan, to come look at his computer screen. “This is frickin’ crazy,” Tom begins, “you see this house right here? Someone is making fifty thousand dollars a month, someone who lives in that house.” Jordan asks how he knows that. Tom explains how he was browsing on Amazon and found this incredible burrito taco blanket. He clicked on the “Sold by” link and looked at the seller’s business address.

@shaqirhussyin

Shaqir Hussyin went from zero to more than ten million dollars in sales. Oh but he didn’t just do it once. He actually did it three times. He has the ClickFunnels plaques to prove it. He’s even been featured on Forbes. Which he might have paid for, but still. He’s been able to travel all over the world, visiting sixty-seven countries before the age of thirty. And he claims to have spent less than three million on ads. So, if you do the math, Shaq is rich. Read on for my Funnels review.

Alex Smale Champions Journey

Alex Smale used to be a photographer. Then he started a coaching program to help photographers be more successful. Then the pandemic hit, wiping that business out virtually overnight. Alex threw himself a pity party, but only for about a day. He knew he needed to pivot. The obvious play was to help others start and grow their own coaching program. He put a funnel together, hit go, and got his first high ticket client within the first week. By the end of month one, he had done forty K.

Rachel Rofe YouTube

Rachel Rofe has a proven system for coming up with product designs that will sell. She always keeps an Idea File handy. This could be a small notebook and pen you carry around or even just a TextEdit doc you have minimized on your Mac. Something to capture inspiration when it strikes. She tends to start by looking for word-based designs. They’re faster, easier, and cheaper (or even free) to come up with. Step one is to head on over to Google Images. Do a search for your niche.

taxsaleattorney.com

Bob Diamond is an attorney and investor. He’s been bidding at tax sales since the late eighties. He knows them inside and out. He cashes in on tax sales without attending them in person, without putting up money for the property, and without competing with other bidders. In the rare event he does get outbid, he just smiles. Because using overages, he can make money from their bid. “I win through getting the property or I win from overages and you can do it too,” he said.

Matthew Lepre FB Ads

Matthew Lepre is pretty sure you’ll fail at ecom. How sure? Ninety-nine percent sure. There are a few reasons why. One, you might try to reinvent the wheel. To start a brand new business or come up with a new idea that’s never been done before. This is very risky. Especially if money is tight to begin with. Chances are, it won’t work. Instead, you should model successful businesses. Study their marketing, their sales, their customer service, their marketing funnel, their products, listings, everything. Then do what they do, only better.

@CleverInvestor Houses

Cody Sperber used to think that there was this missing piece of information, this missing secret. He used to fly all over the country to attend seminars, fight his way through the crowd, go up to the guru, and ask them what it was. “What’s the secret to success?” But no one would ever give it to him. He had to discover it on his own, through years of hard work, sleepless nights, stress, self-doubt, and more downs than ups. So what was it? Scroll down for my Cody Sperber review.

Death Of Retail Chance

Chance Anthony Welton always makes an entertaining ad. In this one, which he and Abdul are running on YouTube, he comes to you from the great outdoors. Tattered Patagonia hat, manly beard, looks as if he just got done wrestling a bear. Then, to my surprise, he starts talking about malls, of all things. He says every time you drive by one that’s empty or abandoned, he wants you to envision king kong-sized dollar signs. I’m listening. Go on.

Taylor Swift uses it. So do the Kardashians. Kanye West. The list goes on. And as long as you have a camera or a smartphone, you can join them. Scroll down to find out what it is.
